Mental Health Support

For emotional support when you’re struggling to cope. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Call 116 123.
- NHS Talking Therapies Berkshire
Offers support if you’re coping with challenges like depression, stress, anxiety or phobias. Talking Therapies provides stress workshops, access to GPs and health professionals and a self-referral service.

The UK’s first free, confidential, 24/7 text support service. It’s a place to go if you’re struggling to cope and need mental health support.
Young Adult Support
- Time to Talk
Time to Talk West Berks promotes the mental health & emotional wellbeing of young people aged 11-25 with free counselling in & around the region. Call on 01635 760331.
- Emotional Health Triage
Free service open to children and young people (under 19 years old) in West Berkshire who need support with emotional health difficulties.
Bereavement
